A few simple house rules keep Stay Floofy calm, safe and fair for every dog and every family who trusts us with their pet.
Life in the home
- Your dog will share space, and sometimes food and water bowls and toys, with other dogs in the home
- We’ll feed, walk and care for your dog as requested, and take any action we consider suitable to protect their health and wellbeing while in our care
- The same small team looks after your dog every visit
Before you book
Please disclose any aggression, bite history, escape behaviour, anxiety, resource guarding, health conditions or previous incidents honestly — see our Health & Vaccination Policy for the full eligibility rules.
Damage and incidents
If your dog causes material damage or a third-party cost during their stay, you’re responsible for it — especially where relevant information about your dog’s behaviour or health was withheld or inaccurate.

We share daily updates with you directly, and may share general updates publicly on Instagram. See our Terms of Stay for full details.
Timing
24 hours counts as a full day, 12 hours as a half day, and 4 hours as a quarter day. We don’t publish a guaranteed grace period — small timing accommodations are handled case by case.
