When you check availability or book with us — by WhatsApp, email, or a form on this site — we may collect:
- Your name and contact details (phone/WhatsApp number, email)
- Your dog’s details: name, breed, age, sex and neuter status
- Health, vaccination, medication and behaviour information you share with us
- Messages and photos exchanged with us during your dog’s stay
Why we collect it
We use this information to assess whether we’re a safe fit for your dog, arrange your Meet & Greet and booking, provide care and updates during your dog’s stay, and handle payments and refunds.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your information. The only third-party tool currently active on this website is WhatsApp, so you can message us directly — see our Cookie Policy for details, including any tools we add in future. Emergency health information may be shared with a veterinarian if urgent care is needed — see our Emergency Care Policy.
How long we keep it
We keep booking, health and payment records only as long as needed to provide our service, resolve any issues, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing hello@cosmicpetcare.in. We’ll respond during our normal operating hours.
Location privacy
We don’t publish our exact address publicly, in this policy, or in this website’s metadata. We share pickup, drop and Meet & Greet directions directly with confirmed guests.
