This policy explains how refunds work alongside our Cancellation Policy.
How bookings are paid
- A booking is confirmed only after Vikram’s approval and a 50% advance payment
- The remaining 50% is due before or at check-in
- We accept UPI, bank transfer or cash
How refunds are calculated
If you cancel, your refund is calculated as a percentage of your advance, based on how much notice you give before check-in — see the full schedule on our Cancellation Policy page.
Non-refundable situations
No-shows, early pickups, and unused booked days are non-refundable, regardless of notice given.
How refunds are paid
Once a refund is confirmed, we return it using the same method you paid with. Message us on WhatsApp to start a cancellation or ask about a refund.
