These terms govern your use of Stay Floofy by Cosmic Pet Care’s boarding, day care, grooming and pet taxi services. By booking with us, you accept these terms and agree to pay our fees on time.
General terms
- Booking our services means accepting these Terms of Stay and agreeing to pay our fees on time
- We reserve the right to decline or end a booking because of safety or financial concerns
- We may charge extra, or end an agreement, if the actual assignment turns out to need more time or responsibility than described, or changes in a way neither party could reasonably have foreseen
- We reserve the right to stop providing care if a dog shows aggression towards us or other dogs in the home
Pet welfare
- You consent to Cosmic Pet Care taking any action considered suitable to protect and keep your dog in good health
- You consent to your dog sharing food and water bowls and toys with other dogs in the home
- You consent to Cosmic Pet Care feeding your dog as requested
- You’re responsible for any veterinary or other costs arising from sickness, accident, death or damage to or caused by your dog, other than third-party liability, and agree to pay these on demand. If your dog needs medication, you must provide clear written instructions and signed permission at every booking
Veterinary authorisation
See our Emergency Care Policy for the full process. In short: you authorise Cosmic Pet Care to act as guardian and arrange veterinary treatment if your dog needs it and you can’t be reached, and you’re responsible for the resulting veterinary and transport costs.
Damages & liability
- Cosmic Pet Care isn’t liable for damage or injury caused by your dog to people, other dogs, or property
- Cosmic Pet Care can’t be held liable for injury, illness or death to your dog unless shown to be negligent
- You’re responsible for material damage or third-party costs caused by your dog, especially where relevant information was withheld or inaccurate
Payment
- A booking is confirmed only once we’ve reviewed and approved it, and received a 50% advance
- The remaining 50% is due before or at check-in
- One-way pickup or drop is included at no extra cost with Constellation Stay bookings (20+ nights); for shorter stays, Pet Taxi is available separately — see our Pet Taxi page for pricing
